Several months ago my sisters and I were all invited to be bridesmaids in my beautiful cousin's wedding this coming July. Unfortunately due to McNugget's scheduled interference, I won't be able to stand up there with them. (Note to self: So this must be what they mean by your plans now all revolve around your baby's schedule!) I am, however, committed to participating in the pre-event details.
- Dress shopping? Check; she's stunning and has selected an awesome dress that she'll look fantastic in without working out an ounce.
- Bachelorette party? Check; the dinner (photos below) was wonderful, though I had to let the younger, not knocked-up girls go out without me afterwards.
- Bridal shower? Check; her shower was beautiful, due to her superb maid-of-honor.
I seriously can't wait for this wedding. She is marrying a super guy and is going to make an absolutely amazing bride. Even though we spent our whole lives together, we're just now getting close. She has been so supportive for me, standing in my wedding, and looking forward to my baby (even if he or she is interfering with her spotlight!). She is truly an unselfish person and I'm so glad these past few years we have become closer as not only family, but friends too.
