Fooding on Salad

Following up on my earlier fooding blog regarding my failure with homemade salads, I'm egg-static to report that I've found one that I love: the Waldorf Salad. I've made it several times and loved it each time. My version is much like the other recipes I've found online, I only eliminiate the celery- because, well, I hate celery.

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 green apple, cored & diced
  • 1-2 handfuls of red seedless grapes, halved
  • 1-2 handfuls of walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp (approx) lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp (approx) light mayo
